Return & Refunds Policy

At Venus Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of skincare and personal items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.


All Sales Are Final

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on any product once it has shipped. Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Please text us at (857) 272-6651 with your full name, order number, and photos of the issue. 
  • Text only no phone calls, please. 
  • If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit. 


Wrong Address Provided

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If the item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

No refunds will be issued for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


Order Cancellations

We do not allow cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

Please text us immediately after placing your order if you need to make a change we will do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped yet. 


Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates our store policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide proof of shipment and communication.
